The stoppers are made of Cocobolo Rosewood, an exotic wood characterized by orange or dark reddish-brown heartwood often with a figuring of darker irregular traces weaving through the wood.
The bottle stoppers are individually turned by hand on a wood lathe, no two will be alike. The finishing process includes a nine step sanding process, the application of polish and a final buffing with a non-toxic environmentally friendly wax. The entire length is 5 inches, with a replaceable chrome tip.
